30 year old thinking

I love it when people come to me and say "I can't get a mortgage because...". I see this as a challenge. I get a huge kick out of helping people (and proving them wrong!!!!).

I had a lady come to me recently saying she was too old, too low earner, too indebted and had too much bad credit to get a mortgage, and that she only had 1 option and that was Equity Release!

After an initial discussion with a Mortgage Broker who had a wide & varied knowledge of property finance, investment & development, and mortgages & equity release (moi!), I came up with 9 options for her!!

If you think you "can't get a mortgage because...", then the only reason is because you have not spoken to me yet!
